Booking Requirements: Please book a minimum of 72 hours prior to when your hire period begins.

Damage Policy: Minor scuff marks caused by transit or handling are acceptable upon return. However, any structural damage will incur an additional charge.

Loss/Misplacement: If the plinth is lost or misplaced, a fee equivalent to its full replacement cost will be charged.

Exclusive Use: The plinth may only be used by the person or entity specified in the agreement and must not be loaned or borrowed by others.

Hire Duration/Minimum Spend: The minimum spend is £40 and the plinths are hired at £15 or £18 per day. After 7 days of rental, the daily rate is halved for the rest of the duration of hire.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: For hired plinths, you can receive a full refund up to 24 hours before the date of hire. For bespoke plinths, you can get a full refund by cancelling within 2 days of making the booking. After this, you can receive a 50% refund, as by this point we would have made a start on your project.

Return Deadline: Please return the plinths to the designated storage location in Deptford by 8pm on the day of hire (or midday on the day following the hire period at the absolute latest).

Payment: Your booking will not be added to the schedule until payment has been received. If for any reason your job commences prior to payment being received, you are required to pay by the 10th day after the job ends. If payment has not been received by then, you will be charged a late payment fee of 10% per month.
